TRT draw-volume calculator
Testosterone comes as an oil at a fixed concentration, so the only math is turning your dose in milligrams into a volume and the units on the syringe. Enter the dose and your vial strength and draw with confidence.
Draw this much
50units
= 0.5 mL at 200 mg/mL
Math conversion only. This does not tell you what dose to take. Always verify with a licensed provider. Testosterone is a controlled substance in many places.
How the math works
The volume is the dose divided by the concentration. At 200 mg/mL, a 100 mg dose is 0.5 mL; on a U-100 insulin syringe that is 50 units, because U-100 means 100 units per millilitre. Change the concentration to match your own vial - propionate is often 100 mg/mL, cypionate and enanthate usually 200 mg/mL. If the draw is larger than the syringe holds, the tool flags it so you can split the dose or use a bigger barrel.
