GLP-1 titration calculator

GLP-1 medications are started low and stepped up over weeks to ease stomach side effects. This tool lays out that timeline: load a published label schedule, or enter a start dose, a step size, and a ceiling, and see the week-by-week plan and how long it takes to reach the top dose.

The last row is the maintenance dose, held from that week onward - the four-week window shown is just where escalation ends.

What the source says: The label says that if a patient does not tolerate a dose during escalation, the prescriber may delay the increase by 4 weeks.

Schedule math and a reference layout only. This lays out a timeline from the numbers entered or from a published schedule - it does not tell you what dose to take or how fast to escalate. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs; dosing and escalation are decisions for you and a licensed prescriber, based on the actual product you hold.

How the schedule is built

A titration schedule is just arithmetic on a calendar. Start at the first dose, hold it for a set number of weeks, then step up by a fixed increment and hold again, repeating until you hit the maximum. The final step is clamped so it lands exactly on the max rather than overshooting. The label presets do not always use a fixed increment - semaglutide jumps 1 to 1.7 to 2.4 mg, for instance - so those render verbatim from the label rather than from a formula. This is schedule math and a reference layout, not a recommendation to take any dose.
