What GHK-Cu is
GHK-Cu is a small copper-binding peptide - three amino acids holding a copper ion - that occurs naturally in the body and has been studied since the 1970s, mostly for skin. In human and laboratory work it supports collagen production, wound healing and skin remodeling, which is the entire basis for using it on a dog's coat, irritated skin, or a slow-healing wound.
