How to log peptide doses
A dose log is only useful if it captures the right things. Here is what to write down for each shot, how to keep track of a vial, and the small mistakes that turn a log into noise. This is about record-keeping, not what to take.
What to record for each dose
Six fields cover almost everything. The first three are the backbone; the rest make the log genuinely useful over time.

Log the milligrams, not only the units
This is the single most common logging mistake. Units on a syringe only mean something for one specific concentration. The moment you mix a new vial with a different amount of water, an old entry that says only “40 units” no longer tells you the dose. Tracking a vial from full to empty
Write down the vial's total content in milligrams and the date you mixed it. Subtract each dose as you log it. When the running total nears the vial size, it is almost gone - no surprises, no drawing air.
